Warranty

At RSJ we have in-house Porsche technicians

inspecting and repairing our cars on site before we sell them.

They do the same check as a main dealer would do when they buy a car and many more because we buy and own all our cars.

Any faults found are rectified on the car before we sell it.

Because of this buying process and subsequent preparation,
RSJ are happy to give a 1 year in house warranty on all Porsche cars sold

We cover everything Mechanical & Electrical
For the first 6 months or up to 5000 miles.
(Whichever comes first).

For the next 6 months from 5,000 to 10,000 miles
(Whichever comes first).
We cover gearbox and engine internal failure.

The RSJ warranty is an in house warranty out of our own pocket and included in the price.

For our customers not close to us we have a working relationship with all well known UK

Porsche independents that we use to get work done if we deem it to be too far to get back to us.

The total warranty is for 12 months with a maximum mileage limit of 10,000 miles from collection.

The warranty becomes void if the customer destroys the engine from lack of oil and lack of topping up engines when needed.

A thorough handover is done at point of collection to show how and when and what to top up engine oil with.

The RSJ warranty is not transferable to any subsequent owners of the car.

It is the responsibility of the customer to get the car to RSJ in the event of any warranty claim.

Any aftermarket modifications to engine , ecu or exhausts voids the RSJ warranty.

Any repair work not done at known Porsche specialists like ourselves will invalidate the warranty.

The warranty does not include self inflicted damage or damage caused by trackday use to tyres and brakes and suspension.

The warranty does not include any damage caused to the car by any other event other than a mechanical or electrical failure.

The warranty does not cover external influences such as flood damage or pothole damage or accidents.

I recently purchased a 718 Cayman that I was after with a pretty specific spec, low mileage and the one at RSJ looked great online and was prepped to a really high level.
Great service and advice / discussions with Joel, Andy & Daniel helped make it an easy decision to go ahead. Even with me being probably over picky after collection, they were happy to fit me in at short notice and sorted the car whilst I waited and had a chat / coffee / did some work.
